Jile Timuga District Communication launched a new modern website today to make the development, peace and good governance activities being carried out in the district accessible to the public in an organized manner.
It is stated that the new website launched by the institute will be of great help in disseminating institutional information quickly and efficiently.
The graduation ceremony was held in the presence of office heads, experts from various offices and office staff.
Amin Ali, the head of the Jile Tamuga District Communication Office, said in his opening speech at the graduation program, "Using modern technology options is essential to ensure public ownership of information."
As a result, they said that we will continue to strengthen the digital media works that have been started so that the multifaceted development, peace and good governance works carried out in the district reach the society in a timely and accurate manner.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony, the head of the political department of the Prosperity Party of the district, Kebir Hassan, on his part, stated that the Jile Tamuga Communication Office is playing a significant role in making current information accessible to the people and doing strong public relations work in the district.
Mr. Kebir also emphasized that peace and development work should be accelerated by communicating the work done by the institutions to the public in a transparent manner.
Mr. Nuru Ahmed, the developer of the website, who gave an explanation about the technical structure and content of the website, explained that the website contains information such as the historical background of the district, cultural values, tourist attractions, education, health and agriculture.
In addition, Ato Nuru explained that it was done to enable a survey to be conducted by collecting and analyzing information from the community on the issues of development, peace and good governance in the district.
